Privacy
Privacy Policy
The short version. FootyGraphics has no accounts, no server and no network connection of its own. Your club, your squad, your photos and every graphic you make stay on your device. There is no advertising, no tracking and no analytics software of any kind in the app. Nothing you type or import is ever sent anywhere.
Who this is from
FootyGraphics is made by Vegard Halkjelsvik in Norway. Questions about this policy or anything in it: hello@footystatss.app.
What stays on your device
Everything. Specifically:
- Your club. Name, colours, badge and squad, including player names and shirt numbers.
- Your graphics. Every project you create, every saved template, and the images and video you export.
- Photos you import. Team photos, player photos, badges and backgrounds you choose from your photo library.
- Your answers during setup. The app asks which of a few descriptions fits you and how you found it. Both are optional, both can be skipped, and both are stored on your device only. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
All of it is held in the app's own storage on your device and is removed when you delete the app. There is no copy on a server anywhere, because there is no server.
What we collect
Nothing. The app contains no analytics library, no crash reporting service, no advertising software and no tracking of any kind. It does not have code to send your data anywhere, so it cannot.
Your photo library
The app asks for access to your photo library for two reasons, and only when you actually do one of them: to let you choose a badge, player photo or background, and to save an image or video you have exported. It never reads your library in the background and never uploads anything from it. If you say no, everything else in the app still works — you use the photographs built into the app instead.
Purchases
FootyGraphics Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details, your billing address or your Apple Account. What the app receives from Apple is whether the subscription is currently active — nothing more, and no information that identifies you.
Apple's own handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects nothing from anybody, including children. Squad lists often contain the names of young players; those names are typed by you, stay on your device, and are never transmitted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights to access, correct, export and erase personal data held about you. In this case there is nothing to exercise them against: we hold no personal data about you at all. The data in the app is in your hands — you can edit any of it in the app, and deleting the app removes all of it from your device.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that changes this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. If a change ever means the app collects something it does not collect today, it will be announced in the app rather than only here.
